We started as an Etsy shop in early 2019 and launched our website late in the same year. We've since added our onesies to Amazon. I submitted artwork, but then realized I needed to change out that artwork. They were very kind and accommodating.

The colors on the order thumbnails didn't match the preview images until checkout. Example: I had selected one beige and one navy, and both were showing up beige, so I tried to correct several times. It fixed once on checkout. Second. The recaptcha that you have is irritating. There are simpler ones vs having the user go through series of 3 image selections, none of which actually matched what it asked to match. This will turn buyers away. If I hadn't already spent 20 minutes trying to get the colors on the other item to match right, I would not have bought. Hope this helps! Looking forward to getting the product.
